As you step into the space and energy of Dancing the Soul, I invite you to explore the many modalities we offer. My belief is that through both movement and stillness, we connect more deeply with our bodies and hearts, listen to their rhythms, and experience richer, healthier lives. Whether you choose to move through NIA, to experience the gentle energy of Qigong, or to soften your body into yoga poses, our Center provides a warm and supportive environment in which to practice.
