Our bodies know and hold our trauma.  Yoga for Stress and Anxiety (also known as Trauma-Informed Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is specifically designed to help you reclaim your body in a safe and comfortable environment.  Through breathing, gentle yoga exercises, and present moment choices, this practice allows you to cultivate a more positive relationship with your body.     Class size is limited.
