NOTE: The first sessions starts with the Sunday Evening Special class from 5:30-6:30 on Januray 17. Those who sign up for the entire workshop are automatically included in the Sunday Evening class, with no extra charge.
1 Evening Session: Sunday Evening: January 17, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
5 Morning sessions: Monday thru Fri. January 18-22, 7:45-8:45 a.m.

Ann Musman-Quigley’s love for movement and stillness began as a small child. Her mother danced and she was encouraged in her study of ballet, jazz and modern technique. She later studied pedagogy, body alignment and dance therapy; Feldenkreis Awareness through Movement classes and her most recent passion has been yoga. She began classes 12 years ago, loved the philosophy, learning about the power of our breath, and became a certified yoga instructor. She has performed, and choreographed professionally. She was co-founder and co-director of Children’s Dance Place a school for creative movement and modern dance. She has worked for Art Reach and Very Special Arts with students of many abilities. She has taught private and group yoga classes. Ann is a second generation Colorado native. She has been married for 33 years to a supportive husband who has helped her follow her heart. She has two lovely, grown daughters and they love to dance too!
