The Studio

The focus of the Center is a large studio with bamboo floors and a warm and inviting atmosphere. A smaller studio is available for private lessons, smaller classes or alternative health practitioners.

To complete the Center, our lovely Boutique has an array of gifts – clothing, jewelry, oils, candles, hand designed cards, Nia CDs and yoga mats and props – and The Tea Nook provides a warm and comfortable place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea before or after class.
