Claudia Ingraham, a yoga teacher and sound master is returning to Dancing the Soul to play the ethereal sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and gong. She will lull you into a profoundly meditative state where natural healing occurs. She will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation as you enjoy a long savasana of sacred sounds.
