Awareness through Movement workshop (Feldenkrais)

Learn how to put more hip in your ZUMBA, coordinate your arms and legs for Nia, lubricate your spine for Yoga.  Using three short movement lessons, Christy will help you become aware of how you move so that you can dance, step, twist and walk with ease and comfort.
