Caitlin Phillips

Caitlin has always loved to dance!  She attended dance classes for over 10 years as a child, and picked it back up as a Zumba instructor in her late 20’s when maintaining a healthy weight became harder. 

Zumba was the perfect solution for someone who did not enjoy working out, but loves to dance.  Caitlin has taught high-energy Zumba classes to women of all ages at Curves and other dance fitness studios for over 5 years.

She recently added D2G Socafit  and Zumba Toning to her dance fitness repertoire.  Her day job, a Long Term Care Ombudsman, can be stressful, and dance fitness provides the perfect form of stress relief, self-care and exercise!
